Scheduling a Meeting

  1. Log in to Cyph
  • Open app or navigate to cyph.app
  1. Go to Meetings
  • If on mobile, click on the hamburger and go to Meetings
  1. Click on the SCHEDULE A MEETING button at the top of the screen
  1. Type in Name, Email, and/or Phone Number

  2. Type in a Reason for Appointment (required)

  3. Select the Appointment Duration (required; drop-down)

  4. Select the Call Type (required; drop-down)

  5. Select the Start Date and Start Time (required)

  6. Select whether or not to Share Local Time Zone

  7. Then click Send

  8. Recipients will receive a calendar invite either via e-mail or SMS
